About the role
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and result-oriented Counselor cum Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls, counsel prospective customers or students, explain available courses or services, and convert inquiries into admissions or sales.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to prospective students or customers and respond to incoming inquiries
- Explain courses, programs, products, or services clearly and professionally
- Counsel students or customers according to their needs, interests, and requirements
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Generate leads, maintain inquiry records
