People Systems & Data Analyst

About the role

The People Systems & Data SME Analyst is responsible for maximizing the value of people technology solutions to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and user experience. This role partners closely with People Operations, HR functions, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between systems, processes, and business objectives while driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

What you'll do

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for People technologies, including Workday, ServiceNow, and other relevant platforms
• Drive technology adoption and identify opportunities to improve service delivery, user experience, and operational effectiveness
• Partner with Technology teams to align business requirements with system capabilities, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives and projects
• Lead data analysis and business improvement initiatives to identify trends, patterns, risks, gaps, and opportunities across People Operations processes and policies
• Conduct research and benchmarking on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy and solution development
