About the role
You will work with customers' business teams to understand how they sell and service their products, and turn that into product strategy, specs and designs that engineering teams build and ship. The ideal candidate combines travel/cruiseline -domain depth, technical fluency and strong stakeholder management.
What you'll do
- Product strategy and ownership
- Own the vision, roadmap and backlog for the Central Reservation System and corresponding modules
- Translate customer business needs and pain points into prioritised product initiatives with clear outcomes
- Balance customer requests, platform scalability and technical debt when setting priorities
- Track industry trends and competitor products in travel and hospitality tech. (Good to have)
