We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding great talent and building high-performing teams. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment, partnering with business stakeholders, identifying exceptional talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

What you'll do

• Play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment, partnering with business stakeholders, identifying exceptional talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience
• Drive end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions, from requirement understanding to offer rollout and successful onboarding
• Build effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other innovative channels
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and key recruitment metrics to ensure effective reporting and pipeline management
• Building a consistent pipeline of quality candidates across multiple functions
