About the role
The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will support end-to-end sales order management, ensuring accurate order processing, documentation, backlog management, and timely revenue booking. This role will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams to resolve operational issues, maintain data accuracy, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
What you'll do
- Validate and process customer orders, ensuring accurate pricing, product information, approvals, and supporting documentation
- Manage the order backlog and coordinate fulfillment activities to support timely and accurate revenue booking
- Review, verify, and maintain customer contracts, purchase orders, and other supporting documentation in accordance with business requirements
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and Revenue teams to identify and resolve order discrepancies and facilitate seamless order processing
- Monitor order status and fulfillment timelines, proactively addressing issues to support on-time delivery and a positive customer experience
