About the role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic System Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, and Technical Support. As a cloud-first organization, our infrastructure and applications are primarily hosted on cloud platforms.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding activities
- Configure and maintain laptops, workstations, and company devices
- Assist in managing cloud-based applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and other SaaS platforms
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
