About the role
The Lead Product Designer will help shape the future of Keka’s platform experience by driving: and scalable patterns that support multi-market expansion. This role requires equal strength in systems thinking, product strategy, workflow architecture, and interaction design.
What you'll do
- Reduce operational friction across Payroll, Expenses, Compensation, and Planning workflows by creating systems that are easier to understand, review, approve, and operate
- Increase customer confidence by improving transparency, predictability, and correctness across financial interactions and approval systems
- Establish reusable interaction patterns, governance models, and design principles that allow
- Finance & Planning products to scale consistently across India, GCC, US, and future markets
- Influence roadmap direction through strong discovery, workflow reasoning, customer understanding, and systems-level problem framing
