What you'll do
- Own the India & GCC Payroll roadmap end to end: discovery, prioritisation, delivery and adoption
- Track tax and statutory changes across India and the GCC. Assess their impact and make sure they ship before their effective dates
- Drive configurable, scalable statutory logic so new rules become product settings, not engineering projects
- Own and grow Expenses and Loans, connecting them cleanly to payroll and to customers’ accounting systems
- Help shape future finance bets such as equity/ESOP management, working with design partners
