TA Intern

About the role

As Talent Acquisition Intern at Keka, you’ll support the Talent Acquisition team across day-to-day recruitment activities and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. You’ll work closely with the TA team to help build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

What you'll do

• Source relevant profiles through job portals, professional networks, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against role requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interview panels
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and manage follow-ups
• Support recruitment drives and hiring initiatives
