About the role
We are looking for AR Accountant for our Mumbai Team. This position provides an excellent opportunity for dedicated and skilled professionals to expand their abilities and contribute to our finance team. You will be responsible for the accurate recording and reconciliation of Banking transactions in Oracle ERP and be integral to the monthly closing process.
What you'll do
- Project creation in Oracle and project status changes including project closure
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather necessary data for project establishment, including project scope, forecasts, budgets, timelines
- Create and manage contract development in the Oracle system to ensure accurate invoicing
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure all invoicing activities are completed accurately and on time
- Preparation of Client required invoice supporting documentation
