About the role
We’re looking for an experienced nutrition professional who can train new Health Coach batches and develop existing coaches. You’ll build the knowledge, communication skills and practical judgment coaches need to support members with confidence, empathy and consistency. This role combines hands-on training, learning-content development, readiness assessments and ongoing coach development.
What you'll do
- Train and onboard new Health Coaches
- Deliver structured induction covering MetaGO’s programme, member journey, coaching responsibilities, tools, documentation and SOPs
- Teach personalised nutrition counselling, behaviour-change techniques, goal setting, active listening and handling difficult member conversations
- Use case discussions, demonstrations, mock calls and role plays to help coaches apply their knowledge
- Identify learning needs through quality-audit findings, member feedback and discussions with team leads
