About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Community Manager Intern to help us build, manage, and grow our user communities. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, creating engaging conversations, and coming up with creative ways to keep communities active and valuable for users.
What you'll do
- Assist in managing and growing WhatsApp communities
- Engage with community members on a daily basis and encourage active participation
- Plan and execute engaging activities such as polls, quizzes, challenges, discussions, and Q&A sessions
- Create and share relevant and engaging content within communities
- Monitor conversations and understand user interests, feedback, and concerns
