What you'll do
- SIM Card Procurement – Manage sourcing and procurement of SIM cards based on operational requirements
- Documentation & KYC – Coordinate collection, verification, and maintenance of KYC documents required for SIM activation
- End-to-End SIM Management – Manage the complete SIM lifecycle, including activation, allocation, usage monitoring, and deactivation
- Spam & Usage Monitoring – Monitor numbers configured in the SIM card gateway and flag unusual, spam, or non-compliant usage
- Inventory Management & Reporting – Maintain an updated inventory of active, inactive, allocated, and deactivated SIM cards and prepare regular reports
