What you'll do
- Track and monitor tender opportunities across Government e-Marketplace (GeM), State e-Procurement portals, and other government/Non Governement procurement platforms
- Prepare eligibility compliance sheets, technical bid documentation, and commercial bid structures in line with tender requirements
- Coordinate with OEMs for Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAF), quotations, and related supporting documents
- Coordinate with internal departments for statutory, technical, financial, and compliance- related documents required for bid submission
- Upload and submit tender documents on various e-procurement portals within stipulated timelines
