What you'll do
- Lead Personal Care manufacturing lines and offline packing operations to deliver safe, reliable, high-quality and cost-effective production
- Manage 04 manufacturing assets and offline packing operation across Personal Care operations
- Own day-to-day production delivery, offline packing output, safety performance, quality adherence, machine uptime, waste reduction and conversion cost control
- Ensure compliance with KC standards, statutory requirements, QMS, ISO expectations and site operating procedures
- Lead safety, housekeeping, quality, centerlining, maintenance coordination and production output improvement across assigned assets
