- Act as Dormakaba Specialist ( 7 0%)
- Support establishing an international support framework for Dormakaba with clear roles and responsibilities on business, IT and external side
- Document the setup of our different Dormakaba instances, i dentify areas of optimization and harmonization and work with stakeholders to realize these goals
- Lead the design and delivery of new Dormakaba solutions and changes to existing configurations
- Act as 1 st and 2 nd level support for end users
