About the role
We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven Manager – Application Engineering Power Generation Electrical Design to lead our electrical product design team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end electrical design execution for diesel, gas, and hybrid generator sets (Gensets) ranging high-power industrial and utility-scale units.
What you'll do
- Team Leadership & Project Management
- Lead, mentor, and build a team of electrical hardware engineers, harness designers, and panel layout draftspersons
- Act as the technical lead for generator set electrical architecture across New Product Introduction (NPI), and value engineering (VAVE) initiatives
- Drive project schedules, design milestones, design reviews, and cost targets for all electrical deliverables
