Statutory and Labour laws compliances experts. Communication and Negotiation skill. Ensure company and contractor statutory compliance and maintain all required records, licences and returns.
What you'll do
- Ensure company and contractor statutory compliance and maintain all required records, licences and returns
- Manage contract labour, including manpower deployment, attendance, wages, overtime and contractor compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave and overtime inputs
- Manage day-to-day plant administration, including security, canteen, housekeeping, transport and other facility services
- Monitor contractor/vendor performance and verify bills and supporting documents
