What you'll do
- Own mechanical sourcing across all product development stages — from early R&D to scalable manufacturing
- Work closely with product design, mechanical, embedded, and manufacturing teams to align sourcing strategies with product goals
- Identify and qualify domestic and international vendors , lead commercial negotiations, and build strong supplier relationships
- Handle BoM (Bill of Materials) costing , manage cost-down initiatives, and drive component-level sourcing optimization
- Plastics & sheet metal parts
