What you'll do
- Enter export container details accurately and within required documentation cutoffs
- Capture container information received from supplier and trucker emails, spreadsheets, and PDFs in FOPS
- Track and verify container information using ClearMetal and shipping-line websites
- Identify discrepancies between container information provided by suppliers/truckers and shipping lines
- Escalate potential data inaccuracies to transportation dispatchers for resolution
