About the role
The Design Engineer – Port Solutions Electrics, will be responsible for creating high‑quality electrical designs and documentation for port cranes or industrial cranes. The role involves interpreting project specifications, preparing detailed engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with international standards, and coordinating with project teams to deliver accurate and timely outputs.
What you'll do
- Study and interpret project specifications, technical requirements, and engineering inputs
- Prepare panel layouts, single line diagrams (SLDs), schematics, Bill of Materials (BOM) , and cable lists as per project requirements
- Plan and manage personal work activities to meet project timelines with high-quality deliverables
- Improve and maintain the quality of drawings as per customer and company standards
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team
