What you'll do
- Execute service assignments planned and allocated by the Service Planner or Maintenance Planner
- Accept work packages and accurately record work performed against Service Requests (SR) and Work Packages (WP)
- Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities at customer sites
- Record faults, observations, and recommendations using the Risk & Recommendation methodology
- Estimate labor hours, material requirements, and parts costs for repair work
