Senior operations role at Konecranes in Pune. Needs 6–8 years and a B.Tech, B.E. or diploma.
About the role
Able to lead team of site engineers and demonstrate leadership skills. Technical discussion supporting for New Orders by regional sales managers. Based on site urgency, need to travel on immediate basis as & when required. Affiliate performance validation after every 3 months. Financial & company target to be adhered without compromise on Safety.
What you'll do
- Maintain highest safety standards at Site as per company policy and strive for ZERO accidents
- Visit to Site for Site assessment & share the site updates in precise format
- Handle the site individually with affiliate team so need to take ownership while executing the work
- Support customer for under warranty cases whenever IS Team is occupied
- Handling Export orders execution / supervision if needed
