About the role
The IT Platform Owner – Mac is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the Mac platform within the organization, with a strong focus on scaling (ramp-up), standardization, and long-term operations. The role ensures a secure, compliant, and cost-efficient Apple device ecosystem, aligned with enterprise IT strategy and user experience expectations.
What you'll do
- Mac Platform Strategy & Ramp-Up
- Define and execute the Mac platform rollout strategy
- Establish standard builds, policies, and lifecycle models for macOS devices
- Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, Security, Procurement, Business Units) to drive adoption
- Develop roadmaps for platform maturity (e.g., automation, zero-touch deployment)
