About the role
As a PLM & Alfresco AMS trainee , you will be responsible for assisting in creating and updating product data and documentation using PLM software and tools. Learning and Using PLM Software : You will learn how to effectively use PLM software and tools to create, update, and maintain product data and documentation.
What you'll do
- Service Requests and Incident Handling: Receive and resolve tickets through ServiceNow and Tracker, addressing service requests and incidents efficiently
- Work Log Updates: Update work logs and document tasks performed in the trackers for each incident
- Customer Feedback and Management Input: Align and realign actions based on customer feedback and inputs from management
