About the role
Electrical maintenance of foundry machinery and equipment. Preventive and breakdown maintenance of moulding machines, shot blasting machines, conveyors, sand plant, mixers, furnaces and other electrical equipment. Troubleshooting of motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, switches and control panels.
What you'll do
- Troubleshooting of motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, switches and control panels
- Attend electrical breakdowns and restore machines safely
- Follow LOTO, PPE and electrical safety procedures
- Maintain electrical tools, spares and maintenance records
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for breakdown and preventive maintenance activities
