- Understand the organisation’s structure, functions, processes, and the purpose of various legal documents
- Apply commercial and business process understanding while reviewing agreements and assessing contractual risks
- Draft, review, and legally vet MOUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, service contracts, and other legal documents
- Review contractual clauses relating to indemnity, limitation of liability, termination, confidentiality, data protection, representations and warranties
- Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate amendments to contractual terms
