Manager- Project statutory compliance-CTU Projects The Statutory Manager for renewable energy projects is responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements for the successful execution of renewable energy projects.
What you'll do
- Identify and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid, etc.)
- Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from state and central authorities such as MoEF, MNRE, SECI, DISCOMs, and local regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with land acquisition laws, environmental clearances, and power evacuation guidelines
- Engage with government departments, regulatory authorities, and local administration for statutory approvals
- Collaborate with internal teams (project management, legal, finance, and operations) to ensure smooth execution of compliance activities
