What you'll do
- Oversee and manage the erection of wind turbines, including the assembly of the tower, nacelle, rotor blades, and other mechanical components
- Develop and implement erection procedures, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with construction teams, crane operators, and other personnel to ensure effective and efficient erection operations
- Supervise the assembly and alignment of wind turbine components during the erection phase
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all components are correctly installed and meet design specifications
