About the role
We are seeking a highly qualified and strategic individual with an IIM background specializing in Project Management/Business Management to work closely with the CEO, who oversees the overall management of our Renewable Energy projects.
What you'll do
- Act as a key advisor to the CEO, providing strategic insights and recommendations on all aspects of renewable energy projects, including wind, solar, hybrid, BESS
- Assist in developing and refining the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities
- Offer guidance on complex business decisions, risk management, and potential growth opportunities in the renewable energy sector
- Carries out detailed and in-depth study of Business, Market, Projects and the Top Team Members
- Prepare crisp reports, presentations, SWOT Analysis, action plans and briefing materials for the CEO, ensuring clarity and accuracy
