About the role
The purpose of the job role will be to provide support to Procurement for Project Development sites as a part of the business expansion journey of the company. Total Process of PQ to PO,taking Care of payment, Vendor creation in SAP and Maintained cost saving sheet. Principal Account abilities (Role & responsibilities):
What you'll do
- Work collaboratively with the management and design team to coordinate supplier selection, credit, and terms, track supplier performance standards
- Conduct research via the Internet, catalogues, trade publications, and trade shows to identify potential suppliers
- Create spreadsheets with vendor & product or service comparisons of prospective suppliers to support management decisions
- Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files and records, price lists, and the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders, locate suppliers
- Develop plans for the effective organization and temporary storage of project materials and general inventories at various company and/or independent warehouse locations
