About the role
The Material Expeditor is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials, components, and equipment from suppliers to support ongoing operations and projects. Based at the Head Office, this role involves close coordination with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics providers to track orders, resolve delays, and maintain accurate delivery schedules.
What you'll do
- Order Follow-up & Tracking
- Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain updated records of order status, shipment schedules, and delivery dates
- Follow up with suppliers regularly to confirm manufacturing and dispatch timelines
- Act as the main contact point between the company and suppliers for expediting purposes
