- Develop and maintain templates, checklists, and processes to streamline the tender preparation process
- Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying relevant opportunities in alignment with the company's strategic goals
- Evaluate opportunities, assess risks, and determine the feasibility of submitting offer, providing recommendations to senior management
