About the role
We are looking for a skilled and proactive On-Site Service Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical servicing, the ability to diagnose technical issues, and a commitment to providing excellent customer support.
What you'll do
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment as per company standards
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment
- Work closely with the engineering and service teams to report and resolve technical problems
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry regulations
