What you'll do
- Data analysis to drive meaningful action and initiatives aimed at achieving desired outcomes
- Manage performance and shadow HR leaders in organizational people practices
- Drive HR initiatives for the business and own a part of the project
- Implement HR policies and processes to evaluate and groom individuals on HR Business Partnering
- Conduct employee engagement activities based on data and insights from the business
