About the role
The KPMG Global Services Delivery Platform (KGSDP) Transformation Function drives strategic programs across KGSDP and KPMG firms globally using Lean, Six Sigma and Automation. We aim to enable sustainable growth, improved margins and enhanced value delivery to clients.
What you'll do
- Manage global stakeholders and build long term relationships to continuously generate internal roadmap and chargeable work opportunities
- Assess all aspects of current operating model including people, process, technology etc. as well as design and implement target operating model
- Lead CI culture establishment to generate problem solving and analytical mindset within teams
- Delivery tangible outcomes through OpEx projects and initiatives driving efficient project management practices
- Collaborate within BU’s / Peer experts /Global teams to maximize benefit realization
