This role will work alongside T&PD, HR, communication, learning and OEH colleagues to support the firm in successfully delivering our performance development cycle. Support the design and execution of performance development initiatives, including Balanced Scorecard processes Assist in analysing data, stakeholder feedback, and existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
