What you'll do
- Responsible for execution of end-to-end valuation engagements incl. Purchase Price Allocation (ASC 805), goodwill and asset impairment analyses (ASC 350)
- Responsible for execution of end-to-end engagements, perform audit reviews and appraising third-party valuation reports
- Be responsible for the high-quality timely delivery of projects by self and the team members
- Coach a team of business valuation professionals
- Manage workflow, delivery, team utilization and act as KGS point of contact for the onshore team
