- Manage end-to-end delivery of learning programs and projects, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Design and expand learning interventions based on Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identified business requirements
- Partner closely with business leaders and internal customers to understand learning requirements and recommend appropriate learning solutions
