About the role
The successful candidate will support MADE, a team based in the UK member firm that delivers creative services across the EMA regions. As a creative lead, you will play a critical role in leading and optimising the end‑to‑end delivery for the MADE team. You will collaborate closely with the MADE onshore team to ensure smooth project flow, timely delivery, and high‑quality outcomes.
What you'll do
- The Creative lead plays a crucial role in leading the creative delivery of the team, ensuring high-quality design delivery
- This role requires strong leadership, good design judgement, and experienced in creative delivery
- Act as the primary creative contact for the Onshore Delivery Team and the go-to person for getting creative work delivered through KGS India
- Personally take on and deliver a significant volume of creative work, with a particular focus on mid-level briefs and fast-turnaround projects
- Be responsible for the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of offshore creative output
