What you'll do
- Engagement Ownership & Delivery Accountability
- Own allocated engagements, workstreams or portfolio areas and deliver to agreed quality, timeline and budget expectations
- Define priorities, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and review points before each delivery cycle
- Monitor progress during critical periods, remove blockers and escalate material risks with practical mitigation options
- Embed trackers, checklists, quality controls and clear handoffs to maintain at least 95% RFT (right first time) across the assigned portfolio
