About the role
§ We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with a strong background in Identity and Access Management and at least 6+ years of professional experience with Ping ID/Ping Federate. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage projects, lead teams, and deliver strategic IAM solutions that align with business objectives
What you'll do
- Provide L3 support for PingID and PingFederate production environments
- Support IdP/SP connection setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Manage authentication policies, adapters, selectors, token flows, and federation integrations
- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Lead troubleshooting of complex authentication, federation, MFA, and access-related incidents
