Assistant Manager - Regulatory Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with strong experience in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets domain to lead strategic transformation and technology initiatives for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects across Front Office, Middle Office, and Regulatory Reporting functions while working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of business and technology transformation projects within the Investment Banking and Capital Markets domain
• Lead projects across Front Office, Middle Office, Risk/Compliance and Regulatory Reporting functions, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
• Define project plans, milestones, governance frameworks, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Proactively identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Drive project governance through regular status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive updates
