A commercial outlook and a good understanding of the general business / economic environment and M&A business Proficiency in using research databases such as Capital IQ, Refinitiv, Pitchbook, Factiva, among others Identify potential M&A clients for business development purpose Prepare parts of buy-side / sell-side pitch books, including credentials, investment highlights, industry overview, buyer / target identification and profiling
What you'll do
- Identify potential M&A clients for business development purpose
- Prepare parts of buy-side / sell-side pitch books, including credentials, investment highlights, industry overview, buyer / target identification and profiling
- Execute parts of valuation analysis using market approach
- Assist in preparing sections of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), Management Presentations (MPs) and deal admin workstreams
- Perform financial and operational benchmarking
