What you'll do
- Work closely with the Transformation leads for KGS, BU’s, Support Functional heads, Business Owners to drive Operational Excellence
- Lead CI culture establishment to generate problem solving and analytical mindset within teams
- Conduct current-state assessments across process, people and technology; support design and implementation of practical target-state solutions
- Create value stream maps, process maps, RCA outputs and opportunity assessments to identify productivity, quality and service delivery improvements
- Delivery tangible outcomes through OpEx projects and initiatives driving efficient project management practices
