About the role
Conduct financial analysis to identify the key drivers of business performance and provide insights into areas for improvement. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that reflect the company's financial performance against established financial targets. Manage the month-end financial close process (Accruals and Reconciliations) to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements, analysis, and reporting.
What you'll do

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that reflect the company's financial performance against established financial targets
- Manage the month-end financial close process (Accruals and Reconciliations) to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial statements, analysis, and reporting
- Provide financial leadership by collaborating with functional leaders across the business to drive financial results, identify and mitigate risks
- Ensure that all financial activities are following accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
