About the role
The position in discussion is with the Deal Advisory team at KPMG Global Services (KGS), which is KPMG’s global delivery centre and is an integral part of the firm’s strategy to enhance innovation, build scalability, and improve profitability, globally. KGS DA has been providing solutions to KPMG member firms globally.
What you'll do
- Work as a key member of the growing Accounting Advisory Services team
- Advising clients on the application of new and existing accounting standards such as IFRS, Swiss GAAP, US GAAP
- Assessing the impact of relatively newer accounting standards (primarily IFRS 18, IFRS 19, other amendments etc)
- Supporting transaction teams with IFRS 3 analysis and model reviews with relevant accounting frameworks
- Supporting the client with GAAP conversion
