About the role

We are seeking an experienced Transition Manager (Senior Manager) to lead end-to-end transition and transformation engagements, ensuring seamless migration of processes, people, and technology from client or incumbent teams into the delivery organization. The role involves driving governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and operational readiness while delivering transitions within agreed timelines, quality, and budget.

What you'll do

• Lead complex transition programs across functions, geographies, and delivery teams
• Develop and execute transition plans, governance frameworks, and project schedules
• Manage client stakeholders and provide regular updates on transition progress, risks, and dependencies
• Drive knowledge transfer, process stabilization, and operational readiness activities
• Identify and mitigate transition risks, issues, and escalations
