What you'll do
- Oversees team’s operations including hiring, staffing, training execution and quality control
- Partner with OGC leadership to develop and operationalize individualized and collective strategy for using KGS legal resources
- Proactively identify and recommend new legal initiatives, services, improvement opportunities, and higher-value uses of KGS lawyers
- Establish and maintain service expectations, knowledge-sharing practices, and quality controls focused on responsiveness, quality, productivity, and value
- Build trusted relationships across OGC and KGS; promote a unified-team culture and support adoption of new ways of working
