About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Test Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in performance testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JMeter (mandatory) , along with exposure to LoadRunner or NeoLoad , and strong expertise in analyzing application performance across enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft 365 .
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using Apache JMeter (must-have)
- Create and maintain scripts using LoadRunner or NeoLoad for different protocols
- Perform Load, Stress, Endurance (Soak), and Volume testing for critical applications
- Execute performance test scenarios and analyze system behavior under varying workloads
- Identify performance bottlenecks and provide tuning recommendations to development and infrastructure teams
